Right of Withdrawal

1. Principle and Deadline

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods (or the last goods when the order is delivered in several installments) to withdraw, without having to give reasons for their decision and without penalty.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

You can notify your decision by any unambiguous means, for example:

• by filling out the form below and sending it from the Contact page or by mail;
• by sending an email to the contact address indicated in the Legal Notice;

3. Return of the Product

You must return the product to the address provided to you in return, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after sending your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs remain at your expense, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

You will be reimbursed for all sums paid, including initial standard delivery costs, at the latest 14 days from the notification of your decision. Reimbursement may be deferred until recovery of the goods or proof of shipment, the date taken into account being the first of these events.
